Sociological TheoryI believe that in this case the Differential Association Theory matches best. I believe this for a couple reasons. Mainly because he was in the marines, getting used to shooting and killing of people, then moved to a few foreign places like Russia or Mexico where his ties to the US diminished and grew interested in Pro-Castro and easily could have be more influenced to commit the murder of JFK and Officer because of the peers he was interacting with.
