The Ackert Advisory offers participants the opportunity to expand their professional credentials by becoming a certified BDI graduate. This certification can be added to their resumes and LinkedIn pages, demonstrating their mastery of the core principles of training and strategy essential to effective performance in a business development role.

We recognize that law firm professionals have full and often unpredictable schedules so we have tried to make the requirements for completion as manageable as possible. At the same time, in order for the program to be valuable to its participants, there must be a reasonable commitment to the curriculum. We expect participants to make every effort to attend all sessions, however in some cases a review of the recorded session will be allowed in lieu of attendance.

The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to receive a certification of completion from the Business Development Institute.

1. Watch assigned video tutorials (each tutorial has a running length of approximately 4 minutes).

2. Attend all webinar sessions or review the webinar recordings 3. Attend the Capstone Session (live attendance mandatory) 4. Complete the final assessment, which includes a checklist of

takeaways and a brief essay on your application of the techniques from BDI.
