I went to two camps this summer for

wrestling, one in Kimberly and the other in Steven’s Point. These two cities are a approximately 73.6 miles away from each other. In wrestling I did about 2000 reps of my double this summer, I had already done 1000. My coach says if you rep a move 5000 times you have perfected it, I have 2000 left. At wrestling camp I also spent about $100 on food.

This summer I also worked at a lumber

yard in Stephenson, MI. I would usually haul in about 15 trees a day. I made $1 for every bundle I made after that. I made about $500 this summer from that job.

Working

I also went to DC! DC was so much fun and

I learned so much through NYLF. NYLF is program where I can learn about my career path in the medical field. I was in DC for 10 days, and while there I spent about $300 on things to bring back. I paid for most of the trip, which was around $4000.

Since last year I have almost doubled the

weight I can lift. In the beginning of freshman year I could only bench 85 pounds, now I can bench 160. That is a 75 pound difference. I also could only squat 115, but now I can do around 190-205 pounds
