About Him

Not much is know of Banksy because of his pseudonymous identity other than he’s a Graffiti artist born in Bristol, England around 1974. He gained fame for his Stencil style art in the 1990s.

StrugglesBanksy primary struggles during his lifetime was that his artwork was controversial. TheGeneral crowd loved his politically criticizing artwork but the contradiction was that his artWas still graffiti on private property.

Best WorksMost of Banksy’s work goes with out a name but the public has given his best works namessuch as the Bomb Hugger, Balloon Girl, and Mobile lovers.

Tribute/Homage

After researching Banksy I’ve found that he is my new favorite artist because of his parodies of various hit movies but also his political criticism in different arts. Further more the fact that he is evasive of the media and pseudonymous creates this mystery of who Banksy really is. Another reason I enjoyed researching Banksy is that he is controversial artist in which creates art through graffiti, an illegal activity of tagging someone’s private property, but is still adorned and fascinated the public with his stencil arts. In conclusion I enjoyed researching Banksy and his innovative art style but also his concepts.
