I think Ed and Jean Welby should be responsible for all of Dannys medical bills and expenses. I also think that Ed and Jean Welby should be convicted for serving alcohol to minors and their irresponsible actions. Ed should receive at least 5 years in prison for his actions. Jean should serve atleat 3 years in prison.What should the outcome be?
