19 MT LONG - BUILT 2016
Kaskazi Four is a well-known Lagoon 620, pretty new,
launched in May 2016. Nevertheless, compared to twin
yachts, she is very innovative: metal grey painted hull,
interiors with five double guest cabins, each one with
ensuite toilet and shower, galley downstairs which
allows to have a huge wide saloon upstair. Two cabins
in the starboard hull can be also converted into a
unique suite. Air conditioning, watermaker, generator,
solar panels and Aeolic gens, every kind of water Toys.
Nothing’s missing on Kaskazi, including a professional
wine cellar. But, mainly, Kaskazi is run by the Captain
Francesco Rinauro and his crew who know by heart and
better than anybody else the summer preferred a
sailing area where they have always been living and
operating: the south-west coast of Italy, Sicily, Aeolian
Islands, Ponza archipelago, Capri, Ischia, Procida.
Diving, fishing, archaeological paths, the impressive
beauty of active volcanoes, the Italian history and
culture and… one of the most beautiful sea worldwide.

KASKAZI FOUR CREW PROFILE
The two brothers, Francesco and Renato, respectively Captain and Second Officer, grew up with the passion for the sea,
inherited from their parents. Kaskazi Four’s crew offers to her guests the natural and deep knowledge of the sea,
expertise and a lot of joy.
A professional crew, expert in South of Italy, always looking for wonderful anchorings, being able to take advantage of
the weather conditions and the light of the sunsets to evocate dream sensations…. At the right moment and in the right
place.
Named “poet of the sea”, anyone who has ever sailed with the Captain Francesco remembers him for his capacity of
making particularly enjoyable and pleasant the time spent on board.
Passionate about archeology, volcanology, marine biology, he knows every cranny and cave of the Aeolian Islands.
The chef of Kaskazi Four is always very careful to the quality and the freshness of the
ingredients, paying particular attention to genuineness and the origin of the ingredients. Always
tasty, healthy and light, it takes into consideration the best Mediterranean tradition.
Chef Nadia and Chef Ania, who alternates themselves during
summer, are both wonderfully capable of following this style,
thanks to their innate talent for cooking and for identifying the
tastes and needs of the guests.

Cast off - The beauty is just around the corner
Stromboli, Panarea, Salina, Lipari, Vulcano, Filicudi, Alicudi.
The seven “sisters” Islands, recognized UNESCO heritage of humanity, are almost equidistant with around 10
nautical miles between each other and are exposed to powerful winds: paradise par excellence for wind and sail.
Seven volcanic islands emerged from
the water some million of years ago,
which still have volcanic and thermal
activity, coupled with strong traditions.
The ancient but neat architecture of the
villages, the colors of the sea, the
uncontaminated nature and air, the
delicious gastronomy and the excellent
wines of the local tradition, the
countless breathtaking views, both
historical and archeological, the
peaceful bays, the enjoyable nightlife,
workshops selling local handcraft,
restaurants with fresh sea dishes and a
lot more make of every island a little
paradise, and of the entire archipelago a
fascinating world.
Stromboli Named the Black Pearl of the Mediterranean, Stromboli was
chosen by Giulio Verne as the entrance to the “Journey to the
center of Earth” and also by Rossellini for his famous film
“Stromboli, Land of God” with Ingrid Bergman. Described by
Omero as the island of Aeolus, God of wind, and surrounded
by bronze rocks colored by the sunlight that caresses them.
A must-do is the snorkelling experience at Strombolicchio, a
small island with white cliffs overlooking the blue sea, where
it is possible to see the billions of species of fish. A
breathtaking view is the top of the famous lighthouse.
Not to be missed is the excellent Neapolitan pizza with the
mozzarella di bufala to be tasted in the panoramic terrace of
the restaurant Da Luciano; or a candlelight dinner at the
Osservatorio, the only restaurant in Europe where it is
possible to watch the frequent volcanic explosions while
tasting the best traditional gastronomy and enology of the
archipelago.
The explosions can also be comfortably seen from the sea, on
board of the Kaskazi, while having dinner or an aperitif.
Panarea
The S.Barth of the Mediterranean, its enchanting bays
welcome the most beautiful yachts in the world.
You will have the opportunity to visit the wonderful
anchorings of the bay Cala Junco, the archaeological
remains of the prehistoric village of Capo Milazzese and the
small uninhabited islands such as the majestic Basiluzzo
with its Roman villas.
Not to be missed are Lisca Bianca, with the natural hot
springs and the underwater volcanic geyser, and Lisca Nera,
paradise of snorkeling. Unforgettable are the immersions to
the wreck of Lisca Bianca.
Francesco recommends a trekking to Punta Corvo, where the
Captain himself can take you, alongside the island
surrounded by walls of pink volcanic cliffs, blue and
crystalline sea and a primordial vegetation.
At the the sunset you may taste an aperitif or an exclusive
dinner with fish cooked on olive carbon at Villa Liberta, a
small paradisiac Camp, in the natural reserve of Cala Junco.
Salina The most “bucolic” of the Aeolian Island. Salina has a
marvellous bay but no beaches, this is why the
habitants of the local towns have created an
extraordinary hospitality system.
Island of farmers and fishermen, it offers the best
restaurants thanks to the raw materials, the famous
local wines and the best hotels.
Unmissable is a stop at Lingua da Alfredo, near the
Roman salt pans, to taste the most incredible
granita of Sicily, included the ones of mulberry,
almonds, pistachio, fresh figs, Indian figs, coffee,
chocolate, watermelon, melon and so on… and the
famous “Pane Cunzato”, a piece of homemade bread
heated and served with small tomatoes, mozzarella,
pesto of basil and mint, aubergines, tuna in oil and
capers.
For those who love trekking, the Captain suggests an
excursion at fossa delle Felci, an extinguished
volcanic crater at 860 meters of height.
Enogastronomic tours are available for the ones who
want to taste wines made by the local producers,
such as Hauner, Fenech and Caravaggio, coupled
with their wonderful wine cellars and vineyard.
Lipari It is the principal Aeolian island, populated since the
Neolithic Age because of the presence of the mines of
obsidian, the glass stone from which the most
resistant utensils are made.
A glorious past is testified by numerous archeological
sites, castles, temples and churches like the angiolino
fortress, the marvelous Duomo of S.Bartolo, the
museum of the volcan and the submarine world,
where you may go with the Captain Francesco.
Between the various activities, we suggest you a walk
in the historical centre starting from Marina Corta or
a fun ride of the island to the village situated on the
upland of Piano conte. The west coast of the island is
full of bays, caverns and stacks.
To get in touch with the authentic soul of the island,
you may have lunch on the beach at Attila, the
hilarious hermit chef. Attila offers you simple plates
and unique flavours. You will have the chance to taste
the best barbecued fish of your life, flavored with
“salmoriglio” of lemons, oregano and oil from Lipari.
An authentic and rare experience that goes beyond
any idea of luxury.
Vulcano
In the greek mythology, it is the island of the God of
volcanoes, son of Zeus, who forged thunderbolts and
flashes in its Crater.
Together with the Captain Francesco, you will
discover the most beautiful thermal pools or you will
have the opportunity to go up along the principal
crater, at only 300 meters of heights where there is a
breathtaking view over Lipari.
The small restaurant “Da Pina ai Gechi” is an
unmissable stop according to Francesco.
Filicudi The beauty of Filicudi is between its coasts, where the
moorings are one of the most magical in the Aeolian Islands.
The transparency of waters, the marvellous seabeds and the
feeling of being in an uncontaminated island.
You may do snorkeling at Canna, a 76 meter high-rock, or a
bath inside the beautiful cavern of the bue Marino, near the
Punta Perciata beach.
Wonderful are also the trekkings along the old paths of the
island, all safe and clean, and the tour at the archeological
Village of Capo Graziano.
For the most adventurous, always in company of Francesco,
there is the possibility to climb up to the top of a small
mountain and rediscover an ancient altar used to sacrifice
6000 years ago situated in a place of inestimable beauty.
Not to be missed is a lunch or a dinner at the restaurant La
Sirena, in the small sea town of fishermen of Pecorini, where it
is possible to taste aperitif with fish, the famous spaghetti
with almonds, which are an attraction for travellers from all
over the world.
Alicudi It is the smallest one between the seven
sisters. Island par excellence, its
cone-shaped looking and its active vulcan
evoke the myth of the treasure island.
At Alicudi you can choose between
snorkeling and baths at the shoal of Dicco,
trekking to the top with the tour of the
upland. Alicudi is known for the
deliciousness of its lobsters, the best ones in
the Mediterranean. It is possible to buy
them directly from the fishermen, or taste
them at a local restaurant or at the funny
fisherman Silvio’s house, who will welcome
you offering more delicious plates of the
local tradition.
