What is a reference service?

“Virtual reference is reference service initiated electronically where patrons employ computers or other technology to communicate with public services staff without being physically present. Building your library If you are representing a user organisation, you are responsible

for all content and activities that take place within your estate on the service.

L$ (Linden Lab dollars) are virtual tokens and therefore are not redeemable. L$ paid in real money may be redeemable before it shows in SL.

Premium or other paid access to use SL service is agreeable only if you allow SL to automatically charge your credit or debit card (including taxes).

LindeX exchange allows users to trade L$ for ‘buying’ or ‘selling’ in Linden Lab products (e.g. products in SL).

‘Virtual Land License’ will be given when you acquire Virtual Land. This allows you to access certain features and services. The Virtual Land License is transferable by the holder.

Virtual Land fees may change at any time.

Linden Lab has the right to terminate usage subscriptions and/or virtual goods and services without notice.
