Google Docs Presentation is a more plain and simple presentation tool than Microsoft Office PowerPoint.

It offers some of the same features as PowerPoint such as:

A couple of things not offered by Google Docs Presentation that are offered by Microsoft Office PowerPoint are timing slides, and inserting slide transitions

Lack of privacy Potential of losing information Scott Menter stated, “When Google won the contract with the City of Los Angeles last year, they made a statement: The cloud is safe, you can trust us with even your most critical data.” According to Enterprise Security Today, Google is currently faced with a lawsuit as a result of breaching their privacy policy and has not released an official statement in regards towards the issue at hand.
