introduction Egyptians love cats because they do all the
things I am going to tell you!
OriginsTo begin, cats were domesticated; domestication of cats in ancient Egypt was started around 3000 BC. cats were considered sacred because they hunted and killed mice and rodents that ate the grain supplies. since cats were worshiped, if anyone killed them (accidentally or purposely) you would be sentenced to death.

used for sculptures, kept as pets, and worshiped. the Egyptians made sculptures of their favorite things such as cats; cats were considered sacred because they protected their rice and grains from mice. they also had several kinds of pets cats, dogs, monkeys, baboons, and birds.

"cats" because of Egyptians. Egyptians also were the ones who started domesticating cats. The cats earned their place in towns and cities by hunting mice, venomous snakes, and other pests.
conclusionIn closing, due to cats being sacred and
important, cats during ancient times, are considered an Egyptian legacy.
