be signed by a proposer and a

seconder, one of whom MUST

be a FELLOW or a Member

with IEM for more than ten (10)

years.

However, they DO NOT have to

be in the same branch of

engineering as the applicant.

those who are not

Graduate Members of the

IEM.

For IEM Graduate

Members seeking transfer
