Thinking about the efficiency of the process and paying customers

getting what they paid for, we are looking for

instructors to divide classes up into ability levels as quickly as possible so

classes can start more on time giving more

instruction time and less shuffling of students.

Objective• This year we will have instructors evaluate

the students ski/snowboard ability level by asking questions before the class begins.

• Our accurate placement will be at 90% over 5 lessons.

• We will have sales staff assist us in the objective as well, they will also watch each of the ski and snowboard training videos for answering/asking questions to place student in the correct class placement.

• Example: 6 students per day X 5 days = 30 students

Only 3 students change classes in a 5 day period = 90%
