Facts about Meal Skipping• Meal skippers had elevated fasting glucose
levels and a delayed insulin response• Could lead to diabetes• Skipping a meal will not make up for eating
too much or eating unhealthily• Skipping a meal does not change a food
item’s health level, a Big Mac is still 540 calories whether or not you ate a meal beforehand
• Consuming too much after skipping a meal could lead to health issues

when it needs it- eat 3 balanced meals a day, with a few snacks in between
