• Hillary Rodham Clinton (born on October 26, 1947) is Junior Senator for the New York State, and candidate to the Democratic nomination in the presidential choice election) of 2008.

• She is married with Bill Clinton, President of the United States and she was the First Lady of the United States from 1993 to 2001.

HER FAMILY• Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton (26 October 1947) grew

up in a middle class family, in Park Ridge, Illinois, together with her two brothers, Hugh and Tony, being the eldest.

• Dorothy and Hugh, her parents, raised her in an environment in which the faith always was essential.

• She has got one daughter, Chelsea

After moving to New York, Clinton was elected as senator for New York State in 2000. That election marked the first time an American First Lady had run for public office; Clinton is also the first female senator to represent New York.
