Pile work at site has been inspected on 11/05 along with synergy team & our observations are as follows

1. Driving of piles on the sandy soil has created some vacuum at the bottom, which leading to loosen the adjacent earth & settlement cracks around the vicinity

2. Along MG road side, few settlement cracks are observed due to improper base compaction along the foot path

3. Few settlement cracks observed along the Jemmichettu road – advised to do 750 dia piles at alternate location

4. Cracks observed at the adjacent boundary wall towards north side – 750 dia piles to be eliminated & trench to be made to arrest the settlement

5. Settlement cracks along the college road – Piles to be completed as per drawings & road to be repaired later

6. Also, it has been instructed to drive the casing first & then the boring should be done to avoid creating vacuum

1. 600 dia contagious pile to be driven at 150 mm spacing

2. 750 Dia piles to be eliminated

3. Trench of 1M width by 1.5 M depth to be made across the compound wall to arrest the settlement protruding to adjacent properties
