here Comes the neW $100 Bill!This October, you may have the opportunity to see a new type of American dollar! It’s not really a

new dollar bill, —it’s just a redesigned $100 bill. But it does look pretty different from the old one.

Two of the biggest changes to the new $100 bill are a 3-D

security ribbon next to Benjamin Franklin’s head and a

Liberty Bell in an inkwell. The best part of these two new

security features is that they have words and pictures

that change when you tilt or twist the dollar bill!

There are quite a few more changes to the new bill.

Ask an adult if you can visit www.newmoney.gov to see

how many new changes you can spot.

 Check mask visibility to make sure you can see clearly

 Where reflective clothing or use reflective tape on your bag

 Use flashlights to help you see and to help cars see you

 Always have your parents check your candy before you eat it
