Welcome to the St. Louis Section IFT Suppliers’ Night 2010! We appreciate your attendance and would like to thank you for taking the time to support our local Section through this annual event. Suppliers’ night enables our Section to provide support for our technical programs throughout the year and also enables us to maintain an annual scholarship fund for the University of Missouri Food Science program. We would like to thank all the companies that have donated through sponsorship and advertising in this booklet. I would like to thank the Suppliers’ Night 2010 Chairperson, Darcy Essmyer, for organizing this event for a second year in a row. Darcy has done an outstanding job getting everything in order for this event. From setting up the registration with on-line payment, to making arrangements for the convention center, and contacting exhibitors, she has gone the extra mile. Thanks to George Tutt and David McKeage for assisting Darcy, all your hard work is greatly appreciated. I would also like to thank the volunteers who have given their time to make this event a success. We are always working to improve the event and make it more effective and worthwhile for our exhibitors and attendees. If you have any feedback or suggestions on how to improve the event, fill out the attendee or exhibitor survey and hand it to one of the Suppliers’ Night Committee volunteers.
