On December 27, 2018, BHE filed its Application re- questing Commission ap- proval to issue a one-time bill credit to customers in February 2019 to reflect certain FIT and EDFIT changes for 2018, and a one-time bill credit to customers in November 2019 to reflect certain FIT and EDFIT changes for 2019. The Company pro- poses to defer the non- protected EDFIT amortiza- tion until its next rate re- view filing. At that time or no later than January 1, 2021, BHE will file a pro- posal to address these balances. This is not a complete de- scription of the Applica- tion.
