What is Buxton Voices?
How do we do it?
What are we going to
do?
When Buxton Voices Meets;
This term Buxton Voices (our Student Council) will take place twice per month for each student member to discuss ventures, events and solutions to issues of concern - led by senior students and facilitated by staff at the school. These may include healthy life styles, consultations, safety, events or ideas for fundraising events. Members of Buxton Voices will also be responsible for carrying out the ideas that have been agreed, such as planning events, writing newspaper articles, or meeting with catering staff.
Autumn term 2015 the meeting dates are as follows;
Friday 11th September Secondary Meeting, THASC, 3-4pm
⦿ Friday 25th September Joint Primary & Secondary, Secondary Main Hall - After school – 5pm
⦿ Friday 9th October Secondary Meeting, THASC, 3-4pm
⦿ Friday 16th October Primary Meeting, THASC, 3.30-4.30 pm
⦿ Friday 23rd October Joint Primary & Secondary, Secondary Main Hall - After school – 5pm
⦿ Friday 13th November Secondary Meeting, THASC, 3-4pm
⦿ Friday 20th November Primary Meeting, THASC, 3.30-4.30 pm
⦿ Friday 27th November Joint Primary & Secondary, Secondary Main Hall - After school – 5pm
⦿ Friday 11th December Joint Primary & Secondary, Secondary Main Hall - After school – 5pm
