McGraw-Hill Federal Credit Union employees and its VP of Operations, Cathyann Frank, educated employees on how to appropriately budget their income, organizing finances, and how the banking environment is ever changing. “Let's face it – how we manage our personal finances says a lot about who we are,” said Frank. “Taking the time to establish a plan and stick to it are all essential steps to making sure we reach our financial goals.” The session detailed how a responsible approach to finances is essential to achieving both short and long-term financial success. The credit union team laid out the necessary steps to grow and maintain a good foundation while also offering tools to help those who may have gotten off track. Sandy Rafalko, the Flavor Division senior customer care coordinator, was grateful to have the credit union take time to explain this invaluable lesson to Firmenich employees. “This seminar was very educational and interesting to attend and I learned a lot today.
