Thank you for the opportunity to submit a proposal for the design of your website. Working

together, I believe we can create a dynamic website that is simple to navigate and has a

professional, yet welcoming design.

Fab Innovation is a freelance web design company that provides clients with a comprehensive

range of solutions including web design & development, content creation, website management,

SEO Services, and social media marketing. We satisfy our clients by exceeding their

expectations of quality and delivering a project on time and on budget. We continue research and

development efforts to increase value in search of innovative alternatives for our customers.

Based on the requirements you stated, I have identified and listed below the Needs and Solutions

that we will want to address in this project.

You need a creative, dynamic and simple business website to showcase your company’s product

and services. The site design will be built to reach out to prospective viewers.

RECOMMENDED SOLUTIONS

Fab Innovations will provide you with a fresh new web design that is easy to navigate and

provides useful information to your prospective viewers. The design will be minimal and at the

same time eye catchy to prospective viewers.

A Content Management System (CMS), WordPress to be précised that will allow you to make

changes easily to the website, and update the website with new recipes and other related posts

from time to time without the need to regularly employ Fab Innovation to make such changes.

Not only will the CMS save your website revision costs, but it will also ensure that the website

stays fresh and up to date.

Fab Innovation would design as many landing pages as you require. The CMS allows for as

many pages as necessary, without incurring additional cost beyond the original design.

The website would also be integrated with social media icons such as Facebook, Twitter, and

LinkedIn so viewers can easily share a post to their social media network. It could also other

features required by you.

BENEFITS/CONCLUSION

Once website design is completed, I could setup a meeting or phone call to go over the website

with you. In this review, we will go through the site page by page and notes will be taken

regarding any edits, changes or additions we discuss. Once the changes and edits have been

made to the website, I will setup another meeting or phone call to go over the website with you.

At this time, based on the changes discussed, we will decide if we are in need of a third review or

if we are close enough to begin getting the site ready to go live. If the site is ready to go live, I

will run ONE two-hour training session with you showing you how to use the Content

Management System. This can be done on site preferably or online. I would offer a 1 month post

go live service free of charge in case of any issues you have. The website would take maximum

of 2 weeks to complete if all pictures and content is readily available.
