CONCEPT = need of a DRIVER

Drivers are required for following purpose :

1. Travel / tourism

2. By those who have a car, but dont know how todrive

3. For those who are not very comfortable driving

4. Professional organisations / associations for their

office executives5. By any person, whose regular driver is absent /

ill / not able to come

OUR SOLUTION DRIVER ON

DEMAND We shall offer a fully trained and experienced

driver to people on demand so that their

requirements are fulfilled We shall provide lady drivers to ladies, who wish to

go for a long drive and wish to have a lady driver

for long journey

We shall provide a driver to any individual /

organisation on demand - in less than 3 hours

Financial plan expenditure

Expenditure will be on training of drivers, officemaintenance, maintenance of cars, maintenance ofother essential information, registers and records

Drivers dress : Rs. 1500 per driver every six month BSNL charges for toll free numbers (depends on

hits)

Training of drivers : 1000 per driver, office

expenditure : Rs. 30000 per month per office, carmaintenance : Rs. 4000 per car per month, mobileexpenditure Rs. 1000 per month,

Operational Plan

There is a huge shortage of trained, well

mannered drivers. Some drivers are not

properly trained. Some drivers are not wellbehaved and some are addicted to smoking /

drinking etc. Thus there is a huge demand for

good drivers.

Financial plan revenue

Revenue is expected to be Rs. 100 per driver

per day after deducting all the expenditure

including remuneration of driver We shall be charging Rs. 300 per driver per

day / 450 per night out of which, 50% will be

given to the driver straight away

Security from Driver

Every driver will be fully trained by us at

our expenditure

In order to ensure that no driver leaves the

job in between, we shall take guarantee /

security from each driver

Every driver will have to sign performance

job contract for 2 year

Training components

Driver will be trained in the following :

Motor vehicles act

Traffic rules

Basic automobile engineering, tube repairing, carmaintenance

Self defence / shaolin / martial art

Training in security systems

Behavioural training including cross cultural training

General knowledge and awareness about routes, culture,weather, emergency operations, medical treatment

Operational plan

We shall provide driver to any person just on

demand, so we need a pool of drivers

available on demand Any office / professional group / NGO /

school / college / individual can contact us

through phone

Marketing Plan

A toll free number will be publicized

everywhere so that all those who are interested

in drive can contact imediately.

Lady drivers will be provided to ladies who

want to go for long drive alone and want a lady

driver for security

Launch

Our services will be launched first from

Bangalore city then from other cities. There

are a lot of executives in Bangalore and theyhave good paying capacity, similarly there

are companies /professional organisations,

who will need our services (when theirregular driver is on leave)

Promotional plan

Each of driver will go with a rose to the client

when called up and each driver will carry ouruniform, which will create publicity for us. Our

toll free numbers will be publicized in all

offices / work places and tourist destination
