Competitor Analysis
80 competitors – 3 mile radius.
• Strength - price range $4.00 to $20.00 per ½ hr. Inexpensive
• Weakness - 95% of competitors were 18 to 25 years old. They visit your house, you have to trust them when you are not there. Out of the 80 competitors they do not care for a dog in their own home. Not exclusive to small dogs with special needs. 6
