    Executive Summary

    APE Optical

    APE Optical was formed in 2012 to develop, market . The company has seen total revenue grow from

    $2.7 million in XXXX to an estimated $11.1 million in 200B. Although NewAge BIOTECH experienced

    a net loss of $4.5 million in XXXX, profit of $500,000 is projected in 200B. In 200A, the companys

    revenue grew by 40 percent to $6.6 million from $4.7 million the prior year, while operating expenses

    increased by only 6.7 percent to $7.45 million from $6.98 million. Overall, the company is approaching

    profitability, and the zinc peptide technology is proving to be a significant platform from which to launch

    additional product lines.

    Through various supply and distribution agreements for the mass retail market, NewAge BIOTECH, Inc.,

    has accelerated its entry into the consumer market. Company operations are beginning to stabilize due to

    increasing revenues and maintenance of operating expenses. The company has made a point of

    us to buy.

    "APE" optical shop with advanced equipment, optometry, optometry technology professional,

    and affordable products, to provide customers with excellent service and appointed a senior

    optometrist. Services include: free computer optometry, glasses free maintenance, free cleaning

    glasses, eye free consultation, expert professional optometry. Service Features: expert Zuotang

    optometry; advanced computer refractor main sleep; quality services; absolute affordable glasses

    Awais Zaheer will be working as the purchaser of the required products and fulfilling all therequirements of the organization.

    Manoj Kumar will be working as the salesman on the shop who deals with the customer directlybecause his marketing experience is good in it.

    Usama Mehmood will handle all the online selling and purchasing.
