ULTIMATE BENEFIT PLAN (UBP) BUSINESS PLAN INTRODUCTION
Purpose and Intent of the Business Plan
Purpose The UBP Business Plan is designed to allow group benefits to each participant through volume purchases. It also provides a means, for a person to create monthly income, in a systematic manner, through sales of memberships to an existing customer base. This purpose is accomplished by the willing and able participation of all persons who utilize the UBP Business Plan.
Intent The Business has as its basic intent: 1. To increase the purchasing power of the membership. 2. To earn sales commissions over a long period of time. 3. To earn substantial commissions, yet work with fewer persons. 4. To bring together a group of people (a syndicate) who share these common goals. 5. To maximize individual effort through teamwork and cooperation.
Business Plan "Sales Strategies"
The Business Plan has "Sales Strategies" employed by certain Customer Sales Associates (CSA) Syndications to market the products sold by CMI.
These Business Plan "Sales Strategies" are intended for those who have received a complete presentation of CMI and its products. It is essential that each CSA understands the purpose and intent of each "Sales Strategy" which they choose to utilize. For this reason, each participant in employing any "Sales Strategy" is required:
1. To have a complete presentation packet in which all details of the strategy are included.
2. To read all enclosed “Disclaimers, Disclosures, Power of Attorney Agreements and Contracts”.
3. To abide by all rules and requirements of all Business Plan "Sales Strategies".
How do these "Sales Strategies" Work?
1. A CSA will maintain a UBP Membership. 2. A CSA will sell a minimum number of qualified memberships for the "Sales Strategy" he/she employs. These
sales/memberships represent the CSA’s syndication. [Qualifications: ACSA must actually participate in the same or greater "Sales Strategy" and/or membership plan.]
3. Each CSA's syndication duplicates their efforts through four commissions. 4. Each CSA will be paid in accordance with the "Sales Strategy" membership commission agreement.
(Refer to the "Syndication Sales Strategy" earnings projections.) 5. For each Bonus pay one ( 1 ) new purchase of Silver Eagles will be made by * AUTOPURCHASE
to automatically increase your savings account 6. All AUTOPURCHASES will be processed by the ** AUTODRAFT system.

** AUTODRAFT: is achieved when a CSA has earned commissions and bonuses due. The Power of Attorney authorizes the CMI AUOTDRAFT system to CREDIT a CSA’s EAGLE ONE card with their commissions and bonuses due. If their commissions and bonuses exceed their membership level fees due, AUTODRAFT will automatically DEBIT their EAGLE ONE card the next month’s membership fees due. All qualified CSA’s must maintain an active and loaded Eagle One Virtual Money ATM Card to receive commissions and bonuses earned.

Advantages 1. The participant has the opportunity to become an Independent Contractor with CMI and own their Own Business as a Customer Sales Associate (CSA).
2. The participant may earn Sales Commissions, Profit Sharing Bonus, and Achievement Awards.
3. The participant may make a minimum amount of sales, yet continue to participant in sales activities without introducing New People into the program.
The monthly membership dues from your minimum sales continue to earn you commissions as long as the memberships continue.
4. There are no time limits, deadlines or disqualifications on sales production.
5. The CSA receives direct credit for each sale, thus the CSA will receive a direct commission check. Pays are quickly generated, thus the program proves it works.
6. The CSA can control how quickly they achieve AUTOPURCHASE. As quickly as you complete your minimum requirements who duplicate you, you will achieve AUTOPURCHASE.
7. There are no limits on the number of sales a CSA can make. The greater the number of initial membership sales, the greater income earned. Thus, you have total control over your income. (Multiply the commission pay schedule by the number of initial membership sales.)
Disadvantages 1. Memberships must be assigned properly according to the rules. This requires an CSA who fully
understands the rules and who is a "detail" person who can properly fill out the paper work.
2. A person will be disappointed if they thought they could make the minimum Quality sales and were unable to do so. Each CSA is responsible to make their own minimum Quality sales. A Quality sale is defined as a sale to an CSA who participates in the full Business Plan strategy, as opposed to a sale to a person who does not intend to sell memberships to others.
Summary Because teamwork and mutual cooperation are required for success in any of the Business Plans, each participant is required to read and understand the enclosed information. These strategies produce serious income to its program members and requires a serious team effort. Only recruit those individuals who are ready, willing and able to put forth a team effort and spirit.

Assumptions for Projections Customer Sales Associate (CSA)
The following earnings projections are based on: 1. Each CSA maintains their monthly membership.
2. Each CSA makes the minimum number of membership sales per sales strategy.
3. Each CSA makes a minimum of 3, 6, 9, or 12 Quality sales to individuals who duplicate their efforts.
4. Each sale pays out 4 different Commission Checks.
5. Any combination of twelve ( 12 ) sales credits, after the first three sales, pays a Profit Sharing
bonus.
6. Bonus Payout is achieved only through Commissions 1 and 2. You receive one (1 ) sales
credit for each sale you make and one ( 1 ) sales credit for each sale your personal CSA makes.
7. Each CSA can only earn Bonus Payout at their membership level and below.
8. The Starter Plan does not have a Bonus Payout.
9. All AUTOPURCHASES will be processed by the ** AUTODRAFT system.
Projection Results These projected commissions are based on sales of memberships by sales associates. These figures should be adjusted for the particular time frame in which the sales are made. The projections are not to be used to imply that a sales associate can or will reach this level of sales, but is a chart used to show what commissions and bonuses will be paid for any given number of commission sales. Any departure from these assumptions will negate the projections.
Special Note:
1. All earnings and savings accounts can increase with the use of the AUTOPURCHASE repurchase feature.
Helpful Hints 1. Work with your Commissions 1 and 2 CSA’s Only. Teach your CSA’s to only work with their Commission 1 and 2 CSA’s only.
2. Make as many personal sales as quickly as you are able. This will produce quick success for you, and give you a good source of working capital. As your CSA’s witness the incredible source of Personal income you are receiving, they will duplicate your efforts thus greatly multiplying your commissions 3 and 4.
