Trust catering services ltd by providing nutritious meals to our customers. This service is usually

based on agreed terms of contract between us and the customer and we make sure our part of the

contract is well executed by always placing high premium on our customer’s satisfaction. Upon

this service, food is prepared by our team of well qualified caterers and supplied to customers

from our spacious hygienic kitchen to the client’s preferred location where food is served or

dished out.

We also supply the food in packs to customers who require their food be packed before delivery.

We also offer cafeteria services where companies or industries which have their own canteens

and kitchen may seek our services as canteen managers and our team of well qualified and

experienced caterers will cook from their company’s kitchen and serve staff at their canteen.

This service is usually recommended for companies who have their own staff kitchen and

canteen.

We take orders for all occasions- wedding, parties, naming ceremonies, funerals and all other

social gathering depending on the customer’s specifications, we provide services like buffet, self

services.

We provide rental of catering equipment such as serving dishes, chafing dishes, ice chest and

chillers, cutlery sets and plates among others to individuals, groups and companies which may

seek that service.

We have a standard price for the various dishes shown in the menu. Our price is determined by

the current market conditions of transportation costs and prices of foodstuffs (production costs).

Therefore, prices may be reviewed intermittently and agreed upon through consultation and

dialogue with the client if market determinants of prices change over time. However, customers

who are unable to meet the prices offered may be given a negotiating chance to provide them

with meals that suit their proposed budget and taste.

Payment….

Payments are expected to be daily by cash to a representative of Trust Catering services ltd.

However, customers who are unable to make daily payment are encouraged to take either of

these two (2) options.

WEEKLY PAYMENT OPTION---- with this payment option, customers are expected under

agreed terms to pay the total amount due either by cash or cheque, crossed and written in the

name of Trust catering services limited. This option is available to companies who pay the total

amount due on behalf of their workers. A customer who pays to a representative of Trust

Catering Services is issued a receipt as confirmation of payment.

A customer who is unable to meet any of these payment options but would prefer a monthly

payment option is given a negotiating chance to activate the monthly payment option…
