The business owner could not get the detail of business overall.

BMS could be used in a record of debtor and creditor system to meet the need in business running.

The samples were 10 business owners selected by simple random sampling.

There are 10 stores; 9 general stores with 90% and 1 electronics store with 10%. The most income is 10,001 – 100,000 with 70%.

RESULTS

Satisfaction in total is “high” (X=4.22), “The highest (X=4.90)” is in “Accuracy, Convenience, Speed”, and “The lowest (X=2.60) is in “Application in business service”.
