in a fastest growing state of Gujarat. Ranco Industries stocks a combination of products to suit the

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY

The original company founders Mr.Romil Vora and Mr.Chetas Vora real brothers from

Vora family, started their business in 1995 having offices at Bhavnagar and manufacturing unit at

Sihor , Dist Bhavnagar in vibrant state of Gujarat. In year 2005 company further expanded their

offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. During the years, all of our branches have proved to be

successful in providing the service that our loyal customers require. It is this satisfaction from our

customers that has empowered our growth to this date. We have continued to specialize in the

manufacturing of flanges from stainless steel and other exotic alloys to the highest quality standard

know in the industry. Our capacity ranges from ½ inch through 60 inch nominal pip size and 150

pounds through 2,500 pound pressure classes. These sizes are manufactured in accordance to the

latest dimensional and material standards. Other standards such as RWTUV and other European

specifications can be provided based on customer requirement. Other then flanges Ranco Industries

also specialize in supplying bar, pipe fitting, round bar, gaskets, bolts, other products related to PVF

industry.

checks prior to the dispatch of the consignment.

25000 sq. ft. with spacious warehousing facility, which is divided in different sections to ensure

trouble free execution of every work. Each unit is equipped with ultra-modern machines and

equipment to handle every item in most appropriate manner. This facility is managed by 50

proficient experts, who possesses superb experience in the respective field. Our warehouse is

outfitted with efficient packaging machines to perform various packaging activities in accordance

with industry defined quality norms.

TISCO etc., in addition to Overseas Global Sources / Suppliers viz. Dalmine, Siderca, Sumitomo,

Mannesmann, Tamsa, Tubacex, Acerinox, Productos Tubulares, Comex, J.S.W., N.K.K., Voest

Alpine, Rautaarki, Ilva, Indu Steel, Dillinger Hutte, G.T.S., Sandvik, Butting, B.S.L., D.M.V.

Outokumpu, Fabrieqe De Fer Charleroi, Acroni Jesenice, & Bulhmann etc. so as to cater to the

client’s immediate bulk / crash requirements.

We are procuring raw forging & casting in bulk from reputed forging & casting shops

approved by EIL, LLOYDS, DNV, TUV, BV, SGS etc. as well as IBR & TDC. The foundries are Forge

& Forge/ Rajkot, Echjay Inds/Rajkot & Mumbai, Punjab Steel Works/New Delhi, Ajay

Forging/Ghaziabad, Sadhu Forging/Faridabad, Choudhary Hammer/Ghaziabad, Gloden Iron/New

Delhi, Kung Forging/Ghaziabad, CD Engg/Ghaziad, CD Industries/Ghaziabad, Sanghi

Forging/Baroda Pradeep Metal/Mumbai etc. The casting shops are Gujarat Techno

Cast/Ahmedbad, Upper India Special Castings/Ludhiana, Aditya Metal & Alloy/Halol etc. Due to

bulk procurement & advance commitments of raw forging & castings for local and export market,

these foundries supplies us the forging at most economical/competitive rates, which we pass on to

our clients.

nodes along with several Brother 430 WIFI

inject and Epson 300w Dot matrix for bar-

coding flanges and 2 MBPS Wireless line for

For Attendance Records Company has

installed Real time Biometric Fingerprint based

Branded Time & Attendance System Model T5.

This system helps in improving attendance

CCTV CAMERA:

Ranco industries factories cover very huge

area approx 25000 square feet. To monitor this huge

QUALITY POLICY

Strict quality assurance system is being followed in all our departments and Total Quality

Management is applied to streamline all the procedures and practices in operation to achieve high

standard of efficiency. Continuous efforts are being made for improvement of materials, technology

and equipments to give best quality products at the most affordable prices. The quality assurance

dept. oversees all important quality functions and performs the following activities.

1) The system controls the quality of all incoming materials as per the raw material test

certificate of the material. Randomly checking in each size for chemical and physical

properties at Government approved laboratory.

2) During forming pressing forging and heat treatment process control system outlines in

process checks and controls to be followed during heat.

3) Suitable fixtures and templates are used to maintain dimensional accuracy necessary

gauges and calipers are calibrated periodically to maintain their accuracy.

4) Fittings are supplied with test certificate as per approved QAP. Test certificates incorporate

chemical composition, mechanical properties hardness details of heat treatment, Ultrasonic

test, Radiography test and stamping details.
