Basis of these ideas

To keep things simple, the guidance is taken from the quran to explain the concepts which are clear.

Ordering is not specifically selected. Just the order as they come in the book.

I do not know much about the ordering of topics so might not be able to answer questions related to that subject.

Do not use God’s name as an excuse.

Beware. Intentions are accounted for.

1 year of maintenance to be provided for widows

This looks closest to a life insurance policy with the wife (or wives) as beneficiaries with each wife getting their needs met for one year. Other methods might exist which can be researched.

Take care of widows

Loans with no strings attached are appreciated.

Charity has a very high ROI.

Showing off is not good.

Kind charity has a higher ROI

Donate the best stuff into charity. Not the junk.

Shaitan shall scare you with prospects of poverty.

Allah grants wisdom to some privledged people.

Charity is for the strivers.

Taking undue advantage of any situation is a bad thing.

There is a clear line between fair and a ripoff. A ripoff is doubling compounded and greater. A clear example of a ripoff.Examples : Selling over double the market rate. Buying below half the market rate. Loan sharks. Possible only in extreme cases of need or situations. Highly abnormal situations need to exist for a riba case to be possible.

Fair trade vs Riba

Salespeople know better than anyone that you’ve got to give in order to get. And they give a lot. They give their time, their expertise, their commitment, their willingness to do whatever it takes to help customers succeed.

It’s not altruism, of course. We do all this because we expect something in return. And not just a commission check. We expect our customers to reward us with their loyalty, their honesty, and their willingness to invest their own time, attention, and energy into the relationship.

Prayers and charity shall be rewarded by God

If you have outstanding riba.

If you have old unfair contracts outstanding to be collected upon. It is better to forgo the extreme extras to be collected and just request the principal invested in the contracts. If you stick to collection of unfair amounts, then beware of a war with God and his messenger.

Soft loans are preferred.

Defer loan repayments or write-off as charity to make your loans softer.

Allah limits the burden on every soul to below its max capacity.

God does not place any pressure more than any soul can take. My understanding : Logically it does not stop a soul from overthinking and making some things too big a deal so they cannot manage it. Inform me if you know better. Allah knows best.

Genetics are decided by God

Genes are half of the personality. The other half is self defined and due to the environment. So there are some things which cannot be complained about because they are dealt to every soul separately. The test is of what they do with what they have been provided.

Do not take advantage of less literate people.

There are some among the People of the Book who, if entrusted with a stack of gold, will readily return it. Yet there are others who, if entrusted with a single coin, will not repay it unless you constantly demand it. This is because they say, “We are not accountable for the illiterate people.” And they attribute lies to Allah knowingly.

Honour your commitments.

Absolutely! Those who honour their trusts and shun evil—surely Allah loves those who are mindful of Him . ˹ ˺
