• Medium of communication• Plural=media• Method used to transmit the message• Therefore you need to know how to transmit the message

• Types of media:• Email, sms, telephone, letters, face-to-face, radio,

television, newspapers, notes, billboards, reports, cellphone

• The type of medium you choose will depend on your purpose, audience and situation

• Medium choice will be either written, spoken or electronic
