The full-time and part-time programmesgive students the abilities required to assume leadership responsibility. As well as opening the door to an international learning environment, the programme also offers students the chance to personalise their degree programme by incorporating elements of their choice. Der Masterstudiengang bereitet grund-sätzlich für die Übernahme von Leitungs-aufgaben in allen Hierarchiestufen eines Unternehmens vor. Die AbsolventInnender Spezialisierung Controlling sind in derLage Aufgaben als ExpertInnen im Bereichdes Controllings zu übernehmen, dieAbsolventInnen der Spezialisierung HumanResources können Leitungsfunktionen sowie Aufgaben als ExpertInnen im Bereich Human Resources wahrnehmen.

Im Rahmen des Studiums wird eine vertiefteAuseinandersetzung mit den Themen und den Konzepten des nachhaltigen Managements geboten, wobei der Schwer-punkt auf die ökonomische Nachhaltigkeit gelegt wird. Das Studium bietet die Spezialisierungen „Controlling“ und „Human Resources Management“ an. Projekt- und fallstudienbasiertes Lernen bereiten auf die besonderen Herausforderungen des vernetzten Planens und Handelns in multidisziplinären Kontexten vor. n Kompetenzbereich und Tätigkeitsfelder
Die typische Position, die unsere Absolvent-Innen nach Abschluss des Masterstudiums und nach Eintragung in die Liste der MusiktherapeutInnen ausüben können,ist die der/des eigenverantwortlichen Musiktherapeutin / Musiktherapeuten. In dieser Position können sie auf ärztliche, psychologische, oder psychotherapeutische sowie zahnärztliche Zuweisung unter anderem Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten eigen-verantwortlich in folgenden Arbeitsfeldern ausführen: Psychiatrie, Psychosomatik, Neurologie, Geriatrie und Intensivmedizin; Psychosoziale Betreuung chronisch Kranker; Behandlung von entwicklungsverzögertenKindern; Palliative Fürsorge; Schmerz-therapie; Neurologische Frührehabilitation; Neonatologie; Burn-out-Prophylaxe.
n Besonderheit
Der Masterstudiengang Musiktherapie an der IMC Fachhochschule Krems ist in Österreich einzigartig, weil er nach Bologna-Kriterien aufgesetzt wurde. Die Schwerpunkte unseres Konzeptes sind sowohl die Weiterführung der Aktionsforschung aus dem Bachelorstudiengang also auch die Vertiefung der Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Chronobiologie und Neurowissenschaften.
Unsere AbsolventInnen sind nach erfolgter Eintragung in die Liste der MusiktherapeutInnen zur forschungs-geleiteten und reflektierten eigenver-antwortlichen musiktherapeutischen Praxisausbildung qualifiziert.
n Zielgruppe
Wir richten uns an alle, die als eigenver-antwortliche MusiktherapeutInnen nach dem österreichischen Musiktherapiegesetz tätig werden möchten, weiters an inter-nationale AbsolventInnen von einschlägigen Bachelorstudiengängen, die an einer akade-mischen Höherqualifikation interessiert sind und in bestehenden als auch in neu entste-henden Arbeitsfeldern der Musiktherapie arbeiten möchten.
Unser vorrangiges Ziel ist es, handlungs- und forschungskompetente AkademikerInnen heranzubilden, die nach Eintragung in die Liste für MusiktherapeutInnen zur eigenverantwortlichen Ausbildung der Musiktherapie laut § 10 des österreichischen Musiktherapiegesetzes (MuthG, BGBl. I Nr. 93/2008 i.d.g.F.) berechtigt sind.

After completing the programme, studentswill be able to assume a wide range of senior and executive positions. Their responsibilities will range from planning and conducting biotechnological processes (fermentation) and biomedical and analy-tical testing to coordination of production, quality control and registration of pharma-ceutical products.
They will also be qualified to work inmarketing and distribution in pharmaceutical companies.
