Call & Go Bus ServiceA bookable bus service for anyone whomeets the following criteria:• Live more than 400 metres from an available bus stop.
• Does not have access to a car andthere is no bus service runningwhen you need to travel.
• Be disabled or have a mobility orsensory impairment which makesusing buses difficult.
Call & Go minibuses are speciallyadapted with handrails and low steps to help passengers. Each vehicle isequipped with a lift or ramp to assistwheelchair and walking frame users andpeople carrying children in pushchairs.The East Hampshire Call & Go serviceoperates Tuesday morning and servesGrayshott, Headley Down, Arford,Headley, Lindford, Bordon, Whitehill,East Worldham and Oakhanger. You need to register to use the serviceand phone to book your journey.Telephone 01420 475759 for furtherinformation. A network of Voluntary Care Groupsoperates throughout the district. These groups offer a variety of servicesincluding voluntary car transport.Volunteers use their own cars totransport people who find it difficult to use public transport. Journeys areusually local, although this will varyaccording to the care group. Alice Holt Forest - Whatever yourability there’s something for everyoneat Alice Holt. There is a three mile cycletrail which is suitable for both childrenand adults, offering all the family achance to explore further into theforest. Cycle hire is available on sitewith a range of adult and children'sbikes available. The Cycle Centre isopen seven days a week from 9am till4pm. For further information call 01420 521297.

Walking
Walk 4 LifeOne mile long walking routes around parks, along footpaths and canals. They are easyto follow, and will be generally free of barriers such as gates or stiles. Some Walk4LifeMiles may be waymarked and distinctive yellow waymarkers show where they startand end. Walk4Life Miles is supported by community groups, Walking for Healthgroups, local councils and a range of other organisations.To find a walk in your area visit www.walk4life.info and see how long it takes you towalk a mile!
Walking for HealthShort, safe and sociable walks in your local area. East Hampshire Walking for Health is free to attend and suitable for people of all abilities, from beginners to moreexperienced walkers. All walks are led by trained walk leaders who are there to offerinformation and support on the walk.

Alice Holt ForestThe woods are ideal for just about everyone to enjoy some exercise, from a gentlefamily stroll to a good long run.There are several miles of waymarked trails to follow and lots of lovely little paths totake you deep into the woods. The Easy Access Trail is suitable for wheelchairs andpushchairs, the Willow's Green Trail is a relatively short but delightful route starting atthe cafe and the Lodge Pond Trail, the longest at 2.5 miles, winds its way through avariety of woodland scenery to the picturesque Lodge Pond. You can follow the trailsor join a group for a guided walk.

Wheels to WorkWheels to Work Moped Loan Schemeoffers access to a 50cc or 125cc mopedfor 3 to 12 months for people withlimited transport options or unsociableworking hours. The moped is fully taxedand insured. You will need to pay a weekly hire chargeof between £17-£20 depending on yourage and the type of moped you hire.You will also be provided: • Helmet, gloves and high visibility jacket• CBT test paid for by W2W
