While Casio created their phone in 2005, G’zOne wasn’t released until 2007. Previous industry research showed that customers preferred to have inexpensive phones and replace them than to have expensive phones that were more durable. As phones become more inclusive (camera, MP3 player, daytimer, address book), people have become more dependant on them and now are more interested in high quality dependability.
