• Easy maintenance due to the low water absorption characteristics of the stone.

• A range of finishes and textures, which allow for high slip resistance and creativity within the design. the paving range far exceeds the required slip resistance standards detailed in Bs7533 – part 12.

• A natural stone, which has a high tolerance against salt degradation, ensuring the aesthetic characteristics of the stone stand the test of time.

• Locally sourced stone, which is sympathetically extracted from our quarries within the english lake district.

• Conformity with new CE Marking legislation, which ensures that the stone has a Certificate of Origin and up to date technical test data.

• ISO 14001 Environmental accreditation, with the aim to utilise 100% of the rock extracted.

Burlington’s range of British natural stone setts offer the following benefits:• Produced from a unique,

high quality and aesthetically pleasing material.

• Tumbled stone setts can be laid on a screeded bed as a flexible paving system or pointed.

• Installation time can be reduced significantly when using traditional block paving laying practices.

• In comparison to other natural stone paving setts, the overall laid cost can be considerably reduced when using traditional paving processes.

• Ease of installation and maintenance.

• Offering outstanding technical performance capabilities, including colour fastness, high density and long durability.

• Being a natural stone product, the aesthetic appearance of Burlington’s tumbled setts is maintained and enhanced over time compared with pigmented concrete products, which fade quickly.

• Westmorland Green, coniston grey and coniston silver can be used as a colour enhancement to the project.
