BUPERS Online to Process Overseas Navy Helping Sailors ... · Sailors for overseas/remote duty...

1
Commands expecting incoming Sailors for overseas/remote duty assignments can now see suitability results in real time on BUPERS Online (BOL). Command career counselors (CCC) can access the application on BOL and fill in the pull-down menu items as appropriate. The move to online reporting makes it possible to update the database in “real time.” When a CCC records the information into BOL, gaining commands can immediately view the results. In addition, the primary officer and enlisted distribution systems are automatically updated informing the detailer of completion of screening. Commands will still be required to provide personnel support detachments with the Report of Suitability for Overseas Assignment (NAVPERS 1300/16) signed by the medical facility and transferring command. The current message reporting process will also remain an option for those commands without Internet access.
