How to submit claims online?
1. Go to www.bupa.com.sa
2. Click on “Login ” on the top of the page (if you are already registered

How to submit claims online? 3. Choose “ member” from the drop -down list 4. Enter your “ membership number” which contains (7) digits in your Bupa card in the “Log in ID” �eld 5. Enter your “ password 6. Click “LOGIN”

7. Click on “Submit reimbursement”

8. A page will appear
with policies and
required documents for
submitting
reimbursement. After
viewing and
understanding it, click
“Proceed”

How to submit claims online?
9. Select the name of the member who got the service from “Select Member”
drop-down list and automatically the “Membership No., “Company Name” and
“Mobile Number” (if registered) will be filled-in
Note: if the mobile number or email is incorrect, please feel free to change
them

How to submit claims online?
11. Fill-in the invoices details (Number of invoices, total amount and
choose the currency code. After that, click “Add”

12. Click “Upload” after uploading the invoices and supportive documents
as per the reimbursement policy (i.e. medical reports)
Note: Max individual file upload size is 5 MB. Note that attempting to upload large files over a
slow internet connection may result in a timeout.

How to submit claims online?
13. In Payment Details, choose payment type “EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)”
so you can receive the amount in your account. Once you click on EFT, your
account details will appear automatically (just choose the name of the bank)

after reading the
