OUR SOCIAL OBJECTIVE C.I. ECOENERGETICOS S.A.S. has a social sector aims, in order to produce and market derived liquid fuels from

petroleum, both inside the country and abroad. Our processing plant, which is located in the port of

Buenaventura city Colombia’s Pacific coast. We get highly qualified employees, which are using cutting edge

technology to optimize strict controls in fuel productivity, in order to reach the highest national and

international standard levels.

Our fuels represent a significant contribution in covering the energy demands of industry and shipping. The

constant search for new and better raw materials has enabled us to provide significant value to the marginal

crude produced in our country, together with the use of fuel oil residual industries, ports and maritime

transport, can enhance our margin production, while helping the environment to get rid of hazardous waste,

recycling, and making them useful again.

To be part of the fuel supply chain, with our experience, trained personnel, modern infrastructure,

technology and legal framework, we can also carry out all ancillary activities related to the business of oil and

biofuels, and as the port activities, technical services, engineering, supervision of operations and consulting.

HISTORICAL REVIEW

C.I. ECOENERGETICOS S.A.S. was incorporated by public deed No. 982 of May 30, 2008, at the notary 2

Buenaventura circle. This company has been reformed through seven deeds; the last of them is No. 1992 of

November 5, 2010, in appointing the new legal representative of the company and extends the purpose of it.

And by Act No.011 of July 8, 2011, registered at the Chamber of Commerce on September 6, 2011, under

number 495 of Book IX, became Company Limited Partnership in Shares Simplified.

The Ministry of Mines and Energy, authorizes the entry into operation of oil refinery ECOENERGETICOS LTDA,

resolution No 124 279 of 14 July 2009 and in turn, enables our facilities as Plant Supplies. The Directorate of

National Taxes and Customs IQ society enroll C.I. ECOENERGETICOS LTDA, such as International Marketing

Corporation, resolution No 014 102 of 28 December 2009. And the Ministry of Transport, by order No.000727

of March 17, 2011, notes the record No.MT-325, recognizing as a Port Operator C.I. ECOENERGETICOS LTDA,

which was amended with Resolution No.005823 of 16 December 2011 and Resolution No.000274 of February

7, 2012 and makes the change of name and amending Article I of resolution 000 727 of March 17, 2011,

adding the fuel distribution business to International flagged vessels. The Regional Autonomous Corporation

of the Cauca Valley, CVC, and the environmental permit issued to C.I. ECONERGETICOS S.A.S, 0100 by

resolution No. 0750-0448, the August 13, 2009, thereby completing a solid legal basis for the realization of all

our activities.
