At Quinn Contracting, we understand that bundle pulling is a delicate process that requires precision. Our labour force and equipment are designed to carry out your exchanger service needs safely and efficiently.

Our bundle pullers come equipped with positive air shut off and can be used in a variety of operating conditions. Hydraulically-actuated positioning and step-less speed control of the drive engine allow for faster and more accurate extractions. Our bundle pullers’ extractors power at 50 tons, a strength sufficient to extract almost any tube bundle, and the mechanical layout of the puller allows for an extremely high degree of stability. Coupled with a remote-controlled operation, Quinn Contracting’s bundle pullers are reliable and safe, and their compact design allows for their use in a wide array of job sites.

BUNDLE LIFTER ADVANTAGESOur bundle lifters save time, money and labour, and are specially-designed to eliminate damage to tube bundles. The lifter allows a single operator using a forklift or crane to load tube bundles in five minutes or less, depending on site conditions and operator experience. The lifter also allows bundles to be rotated into an upright position for loading purposes.

Quinn Contracting performs torqueing services on a wide variety of pipe sizes focusing on joint integrity and leak-free startups. Available hydraulic, pneumatic and electric torqueing equipment eliminates the need for a third party contractor. Our in-house Bolt Up Training Program ensures Quinn personnel are trained to Quinn quality standards which includes all documentation and traceability as per the Quality Management System. This focus on training ensures proper joint assembly and alignment to ensure reduced gasket leaks.
