This Bulletin as monthly report includes a description and the status of our hydropower programs. All statements in this publication concerning project features and financial highlights are subject to change without notice. They are not to be regarded as offers to contract, but this shall be useful for preliminary information.

The Hydropower Group has identified at least 133 potentials of hydropower especially run off river type in Sulawesi and Sumatera and has been surveying at least 8 potentials since January 2007. The management has set the goal for the group to obtain new 20 projects in 2007.

The scope of the above work includes:

1. Conducting survey of the prospect hydro energy (reconnaissance).2. Preparing feasibility study.3. Preparing environmental impact assessment document.4. Obtaining Principal Permit from Head of Regency in the regional concerned.5. Obtaining MoU with prospect users.6. Obtaining Permit of Electricity Utilization for Public (IUKU) from Government.7. Obtaining Head of Agreement (HoA) and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) from prospect users.8. Assist the Management to obtain financial supports from Banks and other financial institution for the projects.

To implement the above duties, the group has employed 16 persons from different disciplines (civil/construction engineers, estimators, hydrologist, geologist, mechanical/electrical engineers, geodetic, financial analyst, and administration supports).
