Perceptions - Introducing the Terrace brand

Following the overwhelming success of the Terrace product at Innovo @ Drummond in Ellenbrook, the residential housing range has been given a retail brand – with the range now known as ‘Terrace’ which sits under Perceptions.

Terrace aims to deliver innovation through small lots, by creating a two-storey product with a clever use of space and thoughtful architectural design.

“As builders, the onus is on us to show homebuyers that a smaller lot size doesn’t mean you have to compromise on

quality, space or liveability – and that by using clever design and innovation, we can deliver a smaller footprint,” said Executive General Manager Troy Gorton.

‘It’s an exciting time for Terrace where we are working with a number of developers to bring the product all over the Perth metropolitan area and introducing a new way of living to the Perth market.”

Terrace homes will be available at several locations across Perth, including Eden Beach Jindalee, Hales Forrestfield, Trinity Alkimos, Innovo @ Drummond, Ravenna Beeliar and Iluma Bennett Springs.
