Multitube® Instrument and Control Tubing –Metal and Plastic

Multitube® Instrument and Control Tubing is avai-lable in both single line and multi-line tube bundles,manufactured from either copper, stainless steel, or avariety of plastics, the products are used for transmis-sion of pneumatic signals, other gases or liquids.Designed for general use inside and outdoors, theouter jacket protects the tubing against water, oils,alkalies and most chemicals. Where extra corrosionand mechanical protection is required a steel tape ar-mour can be applied. Supplied in long lengths Multi-tube® Instrument and Control Tubing offers easyinstallation and protection against the environment.

Temptube™ Preinsulated Tubing

Temptube™ Preinsulated Tubing consists of asingle tube thermally insulated with a non-hygroscopicglassfibre insulation and FR PVC jacket overall.Designed to provide an economical and highly efficientmethod of conveying steam, cooling water, or cryo-genic fluid such as nitrogen.

Temptrace™ Steam Trace Tubing

Temptrace™ Steam Trace Tubing is available inHeavy and Light series.The Heavy series consists of single or multiple processtubes , a direct contact tracer, non-hygroscopic insu-lation, and FR PVC jacket overall. Applications includepressure transmission, analyser sample lines carryingheavy distillates, gases, or vapours.The Light series has an isolated tracer for finer tempe-rature control and is ideal for instrument line freezeprotection and viscosity maintenance.

Temptrace™ Electric Trace Tubing

Temptrace™ Electric Trace Tubing can be suppliedin constant wattage, self-regulating and mineral insula-ted versions.The options include single or multiple process tubes ,traced by a constant wattage, self-regulating, or mine-ral insulated heating cable, assembled together withheat transfer foil wrap, non-hygroscopic insulation, andFR PVC jacket overall. Applications include analyser ,impulse and instrumentation lines, small diameter pro-cess lines, gas sampling, and utility lines.pressuretransmission, analyser sample lines carrying heavydistillates, gases, or vapours.Constant Wattage is the basic product with a tempe-rature range up to 200 deg C.Self Regulating Temptrace™, reduces to need for elec-tric controllers/thermostats and improves reducesenergy consumption. Mineral Insulated Electric TraceHeating is a special cut-to-length product is used whenthe temperature requirements exceed 200 deg C.

PFTE Metal Hose Assemblies

The excellent chemical resistance and high temperatureproperties of PTFE hose assemblies are ideally suitedto the instrumentation and chemical industries.To further compliment the customer requirements Par-ker offers Instrumentation quality hose assemblies withmetric standpipe connections to suit the A-LOK fittings.Parker offers a wide range of PTFE products includingsmooth bore, convoluted, and conductive core tubes,stainless steel and textile reinforced, polyurethane andsilicone outer covers.Applicatons cover steam, vacuum, hydraulics, fuel lines,chemical transfer, food, and high purity service.Parflex Metal Hose assemblies, with convoluted stain-less steel core tube, are available for those specialisedand extreme temperature applications.
