Louisville, KY 40213 502-969-3171 [email protected] CVE-BMXH-29771 Material: Wood Chips • Heats 8 TPH of wood chip granules from 50°F to 130°F and holds the material at 130°F for at least 30 minutes using hot water. • 304 Stainless Steel construction. • Stands 43’ tall from inlet spout to grade, leaving 8’ clear below discharge. • Three banks of material heating plates fabricated from 304 stainless steel. • Plates are stamped per ASME Pressure Vessel Code. • Hinged, full-width doors in each section for access and removal of plate heat exchangers. • PLC control package with HDMI interface to control hot water rate and discharge rate based on temperature measurements.
