BORAL ASPHALT Build something great ™ Boral bulk emulsion storage tanks have been developed specifically for industry to provide a durable, high-performance solution for safe storage of emulsion at your site. The tanks are available in sizes from 15,000 litres up to 45,000 litres. Boral tanks are fitted with thermostat-controlled adjustable heating and feature automatic product circulation. These functions will keep your emulsion at the perfect temperature and in the best condition for your projects all year. The tanks are built in Australia using 6mm Australian steel, they are seam-welded inside and out for strength and durability and come with a 10-year tank warranty. They are built to Australian Standards AS 1170 and AS 4100. Boral emulsion tanks are sandblasted and painted in long-lasting primer and UV-resistant industrial paint. They are tested for quality and operation prior to leaving the manufacturing facility. Tank signage is supplied to indicate product type and Safe Fill Level. The tanks are installed by Boral’s expert team. Installation, operator manuals and training are included with the purchase. Bulk Emulsion Storage Tanks
AUSTRALIAN-MADECentrifugal pumps (that don’t shear the emulsion) are used for pumping and circulation of the product. Quality stainless steel valves are used for durability.
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTSCustomers need to provide a bunded slab in accordance with AS 1940 and a 3-phase 32-amp electrical supply for pump and heating operation tank to be installed on their site.
A DIGITAL LEVEL GAUGEHigh-level alarm to prevent overfill. This alarm is both audible and visual.
EASY TO USE CONTROL PANELComes with emergency stop. A 15-metre pendant pump switch is provided for fingertip operation at the truck.
