Die volgende Wet, wat ingevolge die Proklamasie op die lnstelling van Wetgewende en Uitvoerende Gesag vir Suidwes-Afrika, 1985 (Proklamasie R.101 van 1985), deur die Nasionale Vergadering aangeneem en deur die Administrateur-generaal onderteken is, word hierby afgekondig ingevolge artikel 18 van daardie Proklamasie: -

The following Act, which has been adopted by the National Assembly and signed by the Administrator-General in terms of the South West Africa Legislative and Executive Authority Establishment Proclamation, 1985 (Proclamation R.l01 of 1985), is hereby published in terms of section 18 of that Proclamation: -

Tot bewilliging van addisionele bedrae geld vir die behoeftes van die Staat in of ten opsigte van die gebied Suidwes-Afrika in die boekjaar wat op 31 Maart 1986 eindig.
(Ajrikaanse leks deur die Administrateur-generaal onderteken op 20 Maart 1986)
DAAR WORD BEPAAL deur die Nasionale Vergadering, soos volg:-
1. Behoudens die bepalings van die Wet op Staatsfinansies, 1982 (Wet 1 van 1982), word daar hierby vir die behoeftes van die Staat in of ten opsigte van die gebied Suidwes-Afrika' in die boekjaar wat op 31 Maart 1986 eindig, as 'n las teen die Sentrale Inkomstefonds, die addisionele bedrae geld uiteengesit in kolom I van die Bylae bewillig.
2. Hierdie Wet heet die Addisionele Begrotingswet, 1986.

ACT
To appropriate additional amounts of money for the requirements of the State in or in respect of the territory of South West Africa during the financial year ending 31 March 1986.

BE IT ENACTED by the National Assembly, as follows: -
1. Subject to the provisions of the State Finance Act, 1982 (Act 1 of 1982), there is hereby appropriated for the requirements of the State in or in respect of the territory of South West Africa during the financial year ending 31 March 1986, as a charge to the Central Revenue Fund, the additional amounts of money shown in column 1 of the Schedule.
2. This Act shall be called the Additional Appropriation Act, 1986.
