For projects in real estate and infrastructure, concrete of consistent quality is extremely important - especially when it is used in load bearing structures. To ensure a consistent quality, concrete mixers on trucks should be cleaned thoroughly after each use. In extremely warm countries, this proves difficult because concrete dries and hardens quickly inside the truck.

Specifically for this problem, we developed the Clean Meister P1300. Our main goal was to develop a simple, easy to use and almost indestructable system. Our decades of experience in industrial high pressure cleaing enabled us to build a powerful system that works under the most challening circumstances. It is based on proven technology to ensure easy maintance, high reliablity and low running costs.

Our straight forward manually adjustable system is easy to use and built to last for decades.

The Clean Meister P1300 has a custom built lance cleaning system. The basis of this system is to provide a rock solid system that is easy to operate and maintain. The systems main part is the telescopic lance bar made of a standard 80x80 profile. Within this bar the high pressure hose is feeding the UHP nozzle head. The telescopic lance has a working length of approximately 5.500 mm and is manually adjustable as followed:

• Height by spindle movement ca. 300 mm• Rotation -15º to +15º• Angle 20º• Telescopic working length approximately 5.500 mm

All movement and settings are done manually. The telescopic lance is supported by a 2 metre base consisting out of 10 pieces of high payload V-shape guiding wheels.

Durable Cost-effective

KAMAT waterpumps are specifi cally engineered for industrial cleaning with an extremely high pressure (> 500 Bar) and for complex, client specifi c solutions. The German pumps are intenationally renowned for their durabilty and ease of maintenance.

The Clean Meister P1300 has the KAMAT K25028A-3G at its core. It’s one of the heavier KAMAT pumps with a pneumatic pressure regulator valve and stainless steel high pressure pump head. With a conversion kit, it delivers max 3.200 bar and has a capacity of 100 L/min.
