cost effective approacha more

Recently our clients have been seeking a more cost effective means of completing their smaller size projects. They feel the traditional ‘larger project’ approach often has not been price com-petitive for their diverse project needs. While the traditional approach is a proven method for pro-ducing high quality, on-time projects, our clients have asked if there is a more cost effective way to achieve the same results.

To respond to these owners, we have created the Special Projects Division. This separate entity within our company is designed to provide owners with a tailored approach to their needs. The goal is to provide construction ser-vices at the exact level required to successfully achieve the clients’ objective on their smaller projects. This means staffing and supporting the project with just the right amount of supervision and overhead to achieve the end results.

A commitment to client satisfaction, excellence in execution, and providing the best environment for our employees’ growth cultivates a culture that makes Robins & Morton a trusted design and construction partner. People make the difference—and our people share a commitment to client service, safe behav-iors, quality performance, integrity, and respect. This common culture is a catalyst for attracting and retaining the best people who can in turn deliver exceptional service and creative solutions to our clients.

At Robins & Morton, we build with a purpose. We build with a purpose because we embrace the importance of every building we create.cost effective approachThe division operates under a different management structure. Instead of the traditional method of on-site project managers, superintendents and field engineers, we will supervise the project with an on-site supervisor whose skills match the needs of the project. A project manager will handle the details of the job from the main office. The individual needs of each special proj-ect will be thoroughly reviewed by the division manager, and only those items that are essential to the project’s success will be included in the overhead.

HOW SPECIAL PROJECTS WORKS:

THE BENEFITS TO YOU:

If you are planning a project please contact us for a preliminary discussion. We will be glad to explain how we can translate your needs into plans that will satisfy your requirements.

Donny Williams, our division manager will meet with you and your staff to review plans, provide cost estimates, and develop an overall schedule. His twenty-five years of experience in the health care field is our assurance that his recommendations will be practical and doable.

THE FIRST STEP:

After you have met our team, seen our proposed plan for your project, reviewed the estimates, and checked our references, we believe you will decide to use our cost effective approach.

During the entire project, our open book policy allows you to be involved as much as you choose. You will be able to see all of the costs and make changes during the construction process, ensuring the end product is just what you had in mind. Let us show you how this new approach can benefit your next project.

YOUR DECISION:

Because of our revised overhead and alternative job management structure, we are able to provide you with a more cost effec-tive project. While we will still supply you with the quality work and fast track construction that is our trademark, we can also be more price competitive with the local contractors that have previously been awarded these type projects. We feel that our solid reputation within the industry, now coupled with our ability to provide a cost effective smaller project, will make us an attractive fit for your next project.
