This positive, human based training really

focuses on the individual and their capacity

to manage and sustain wellbeing in a

challenging environment

I am more focused on maintaining

my own resilience as well as the

resilience of my staff

A truly worthwhile course for global

personal development with great benefits

to performance within the workplace

I feel more in control of my life

- decisions and attitudes

Now I have the courage to

be pro-active and to trust

myself/my judgement

This is probably the only course/development that

could result in positive widespread change in culture in

the workplace. Why it is not a mandatory training

program yearly alongside hand hygiene is a mystery?

I am embracing the growth mindset and

embracing the choices we make every day,

realizing we can achieve more and be happier

and more fulfilled living with our values.

It has enabled me to think about how

I approach discussion with others that

I may have previously had difficulty

with

Having courage to be pro-active

and to trust myself/my judgement

Being present. I ensure now that when I am

approached or interrupted by staff (especially

at my desk) I stop what I am doing and pay full

attention to them and the conversation.

I am being more mindful and in

the moment, both at work and

home. I consider multiple

perspectives when planning my

next steps and have courage to

be pro-active and to trust

myself/my judgement

I seek meaning in situations

when things don’t go my

way

Excellent program busy schedule

and not easy to find time for this but

absolutely worthwhile. I actually feel

more energised and able to cope

with work at the end of the course.
