General Notes:

Site inspections: When the work starts on site you will be given a site inspection log and the sections marked with a ‘tick’ on the front page must be inspected.

Please ensure the site inspection log is available on site and completed at each stage otherwise you may not get a completion certificate for the work when it is completed.

Additional stages of work may be added as the site progresses and several inspections may be necessary for certain stages of the work.

It is your responsibility to arrange the inspection by: Phoning: 01900 702 520 (24 hour) Text: 07860 017 719 E-mail to: [email protected] Book on-line at: www.allerdale.gov.uk

The Surveyors leave the office at 10.00am. Inspections can be booked up to that time. If an inspection is needed prior to pouring concrete please allow sufficient time for the inspection to be carried out. To avoid delays on site, a late delivery or an inspection booked for the previous day is recommended, please discuss with a Surveyor if you have any doubts.
