  • 10. Not registered?No FEIN? Applicant must go to Department websiteindependently Provide Social Security Number soDepartment can run check for debts to State Receive Applicant ID from Department Return to Administrator and use applicant IDto complete application

Accessing certificates Department will send account activation e-mail withhyperlink to Administrator Applicant Administrator will have access to all certificates in zone Certificate Holder can use hyperlink to create passwordprotected account to access certificates (may bemultiple certificates for one applicant) Viewable on-line and can be printed and submitted toretailers
