COURTHOUSE SQUARE HAS SEVERAL PARKS AND PUBLIC PLAZAS WITHIN A 10 MINUTE WALKING RADIUS OF METRO. THEY ARE DIVERSE IN SCALE AND IN USE. IT IS IMPORTANT TO DEVELOP A DESIGN FOR COURTHOUSE SQUARE THAT ADDS VALUE TO THE COUNTY AND THAT COMPLEMENTS EXISTING AMENITIES.
