More than 1,100 housing units created (15% in Allegany County)

Over $150 million invested in the communities we serve through public/private partnerships

Have received more than 30 awards for excellence in affordable housingIHA is a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) in Maryland and Pennsylvania and annually meets MANOs and PANOs Standards of Excellence

IHAs Mission: - provide affordable housing o opportunities and supportive s services - improve the quality of life for t those we serve - strengthen the economic stability o of our shared community

Target Population

Low to moderate income seniors, families and individuals who earn 60% or less than the Area Median Income

In Allegany County the AMI for a family of 4 is $52,300

IHAs Housing First program has 3 components
